Can I hire 'The Barn' for my event?

Unfortunately, we do not hire out 'The Barn' for events. We are simply an equipment hire company, sourcing items to be taken to your own event location.


What do you mean by offering flexible collection and return?

We understand that the lead up to an event can be a stressful time! For this reason, we do not have a strict booking start date. Sometimes you may need to begin setting up for your event a few days before it starts. We are happy to work with you to agree upon a date and time for collection and return of your items.


Do I get charged for every day that I hire the items?

We do not have a set day-rate for our hire equipment. Instead, we will work with you to create a booking period that fits around your event.


Can I view the items before I hire them?

You are welcome to book in a time to come and view the items. Please contact us to arrange a viewing. 


Do you have a minimum spend amount for your hire items?

We do not have a minimum spend amount.


Is there a bond I have to pay when I hire the items?

There is a refundable bond that is included in your final payment for certain items, that is due seven days before your event. The bond value varies, depending on what equipment is hired.


Do you have a policy for taking care of your hire items?

You will find all our policies regarding our item care listed in our 'Terms and Conditions' agreement.
